Education

I have my bachelor's degree in physics from The Colorado School of Mines with a minor in electrical engineering. Also, I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in optical sciences from The University of Arizona. On top of traditional classroom experience I also have a plethora of laboratory experience and hands on engineering projects.

Experience

I have three years of previous teaching experience as a college level physics teaching assistant in the physics department of my alma mater. Additionally I am a working engineer with several years of real world experience in a STEM field. I have also worked as a private tutor in the past on top of my experience as a teaching assistant. I really enjoy working with students and helping teach those who want to learn.

My biggest hobby is board games! I collect and play all kinds of board games, and often times people don't realize there are more games out there than just monopoly and risk! I also like film and television very much. Nothing is quite as good as a compelling story put together in a cinematic format.
